Girls Empowerment Program

Volunteer World Nepal is leading a girls empowerment program focused on uplifting Nepali girls and women through vocational training in the tourism sector. Our program includes specialized training for roles such as tour, trekking, and mountaineering guides. In collaboration with Kathmandu Summit Adventure, we aim to empower girls and women through sustainable and impactful adventure tourism and sports.

Girls empowerment program offers free, practical, skills-based training programs that provide educational, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities to disadvantaged girls across Nepal. Upon completion of the training, participants may engage in a six-month paid apprenticeship, further enhancing their skills and employability.
