Choose your program and fill online form: Our program booking process is simple and easy. All you need to do is visit our apply now page and fill in the form with your personal information then submit it to complete the application registration. Please provide you with additional information on the project, and determine if it is a good match for you.

Get your program detailed information: Volunteer World Nepal has sent you an email to confirm that your application has been received. The communication manager will reach out to you to acknowledge your application and address any questions you may have. The communication manager will assist you in selecting the right project and confirm the location, project, and dates of your program. You will receive details on how to pay the reservation fee, which is required to confirm your booking with Volunteer World Nepal.

Confirm your program: Upon confirmation of your placement, you may finalize your position by transferring a reservation fee of 100 dollars to our designated bank account. Upon receipt of your reservation fee at Volunteer World Nepal, comprehensive information and assistance will be promptly provided to prepare you for your forthcoming volunteer program. The program reservation fee is non-refundable, as it encompasses administrative tasks associated with securing your placement, processing your application, and furnishing pre-departure support.

Get your program confirmation and send flight details: We will send you a confirmation email with your project dates, and once you book your flight, please send us your flight details.

Fly to Nepal: Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Volunteer World Nepal.

Pay the remaining program fee and start your work: The remaining fees can be paid in cash (Nepali rupees, USD) upon arrival at the Volunteer World Nepal office.
