Volunteer World Nepal has identified the deserving students on the basis of their financial condition and their willingness to learn. Their performances in the school activities including different test and examinations will be given the highest priority in selection procedure.

Nepal being a male chauvinistic society, there is inequality between male and female in reality although the paper works indicate something else. Males are considered superior to the female as a result females have to undergo many plights in their life.
